Hey Curlfriends!! My name is Jessica Robinson. I am mixd up with love strands from an Italian mother and African America father. Raised in a area where products for curls like mine were scarce and unnatural. I always questioned how to take care of my hair and what ingredients to use. As a result of frustration, I got to a point where I just cut it all off. As I grew and began to appreciate my mixture I educated myself on the benefits of oils and vitamins. In May of 2020 I began my journey of creating Mix’d Up. Big Island Curls is an organic leave-in conditioner that has natural ingredients to promote a healthy scalp with a head full of moisture. In hopes of expanding, I pray that one day I’ll have a full line of products that will cater to ALL curls of ALL ethnicities. Coil patterns must be understood to be nourished with love.
